USSSA of Colorado Refund Policy

(Tournament Directors may elect to have a separate refund policy)

 

In the event the tournament is cancelled due to weather

The following refund guidelines may  be applied

 

Tournament is cancelled the morning of the event and before any games are played = 20% will be retained to cover Admin Costs (TD Discretion)

 

1 game played = 50% refund

 

2 games played = No Refund

 

Team drops after deadline or schedules are released = No Refund
