New USSSA 1.20 BPF Bat Compliance Label
As of Jan 1, 2012 any bat with either the new BPF label or the old USSSA 1.20 BPF or wood is playable.  As of Jan. 1, 2013 only bats with the new USSSA BPF label or wood will be playable.  Bats are currently being made with the new USSSA BPF label and are available.
